HFE Solutions have been involved in a number of research projects and are familiar with both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Focus groups, questionnaires, interviews, user trials, diaries, picture boards, verbal protocol analysis, link analysis, task analysis, observation and field trials are all methods frequently employed to provide new ideas and interesting data. We can then present this information statistically and or provide in situ examples (i.e. quotes, behaviours).
